About THE CBA

Mission

To enhance the expertise of its members. CBA meets the needs of its members by providing a forum for compensation and benefits education, knowledge, information, training, fraternity, and personal development.

History

The Compensation and Benefits Association of San Diego (CBASD) was founded in 1986 based on the needs expressed by local compensation and benefits professionals.

The organization continues to expand and develop its membership. These members represent a wealth of experience from a wide variety of organizations and industries.  The CBA offers two Corporate Membership options.  The Board of Directors encourages members to invite Benefits, Compensation and other Human Resources colleagues to come to an event.
