As a CBA member your privileges include:

CBA offers Regular Membership to professionals engaged in compensation, benefits, and human resources generalist activities. Being employed is not a requirement for membership.  Those individuals who are not employed and are looking for their next opportunity and still welcome to join.  As well, membership is open to students who are enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate business program at an accredited college or university even if they are not currently professionally employed.  Regular Membership is $50 for 2024.  

The CBA is proud to offer two Company Membership options.  Company Membership is available to any organization and includes up to three memberships (calendar year) for $135, or up to six memberships (calendar year) for $270.  These memberships are not transferable within the company unless one of the employees leaves the company.  (We encourage departing individuals to join CBA with a Regular Membership for the remainder of the calendar year).
