IMPACT Through Career Development is a reflective, insight-driven workshop for HR professionals focused on understanding and expanding their professional impact. Participants will step back to examine how they currently show up, the impact they are having today, and how those insights can intentionally shape their career development moving forward.
Using a guided framework, the session invites participants to reflect on:
- Your Career Goals – Examine how your short- and long-term goals align with the impact you want to have in your role, function, and organization
- Your Brand – Reflect on how others experience you and what your brand signals about your influence and effectiveness
- Your Values & Motivators – Identify what truly drives you and how those drivers shape the impact you create at work
- Your Skills – Assess the skills you rely on today and the capabilities needed to increase your future impact
- Your Network – Evaluate the strength and diversity of your relationships
This workshop helps HR professionals turn reflection into action—using insight about their current impact to make intentional, informed decisions about their career development and growth.
Attendance at this session counts towards WorldatWork re-certification.
