Denise Visconti currently is a Shareholder in Littler’s San Diego office. Denise spent the first part of her career litigating hundreds of matters, from class action litigation, representative actions, private attorney general matters, to single-plaintiff actions. Currently, Denise spends the bulk of her time advising organizations and their human resources teams in all aspects of the employment relationship, including counseling employers on state and federal legal requirements, updating policies and job descriptions, training managers and recruiters, and advising employers on compliance with federal and state issues related to pay equity.
