The system includes four acute care hospitals, three specialty hospitals, three affiliated medical groups, a health plan, 24 outpatient clinics, six urgent care centers, three philanthropic foundations, acute rehab, sub-acute, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, and multiple outpatient/specialty services.

    The VP, Total Rewards will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management of the health system and serve as an integral member of the HR leadership team. The successful candidate will collaborate with leaders to identify, develop and implement effective compensation, benefits, and well-being strategies that enable Sharp to recruit, engage, and retain its workforce. This leader will quickly build credibility and trust throughout the organization, understanding its culture, mission, and the Sharp Experience to continue to help lead the transformation of total rewards. Through successful relationships and high-touch leadership, the VP will cultivate a best-in-class total rewards team that is focused on building upon Sharp’s vision of transforming the healthcare experience and being recognized as the best place to work, practice medicine, and receive care.

    The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $264,000 to $340,000 annually commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience. In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity. Sharp Healthcare values the contribution each team member brings to their organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the industry.
